- Hathi Kitchen King Masala is the kin of all masalas, as it is a blend of all spices used in cooking dishes to get finger licking, teeth twittering and aromatic delight to feast like subzis. Hathis Kitchen king Masala can be used in making several Indian dishes, especially Punjabi subzis. It can also be used while making a vegetable pulao or a biryani. Recommended serving is 1tbl spoon for 2 person.

Hathi Biryani Masala will work as an icing on cake for gracing your recipe with unique taste and flavor. It can be used for all types of veg. biryanis like, Hyderabadi biryani, Kashmiri biryani, luckhnowi biryani etc.

Usage:
- Boil 1 cup rice partly, Head oil in a pan. Add 3 medium sliced onions and fry till Golden. Add 1 tsp ginger & garlic paste, 1 tsp salt, 5-6 chopped green chilies, , ¼ tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder and fry a little. Then add cut vegetables (1/2 cup shelled peas, ½ medium size cut cauliflower, 2 cut potatoes, 2 thin cut brinjals) and Hathi biryani Masala. Take another Pan and grease its surface with oil. Add a layer of cooked rice. Add a layer of cooked vegetable on top of it. Add another layer of rice. Sprinkle coriander, mint, Cumin, clove & green cardamom powder. Squeeze the lemon juice. Heat this assembly on a very low flame for 10-15 minutes. Mouthwatering vegetable biryani is ready to serve.

Usage:
- Melt Butter on low flame, Add chicken and fry on high flame for 4-5 minutes Or till it changes color, add garlic and ginger paste. Fry 2-3 minutes. Add some fresh tomato puree, Salt, Hathi Kashmiri Chili Power. Sugar and minutes on low flame or till the chicken one time and cook for 10 minutes On low flame or till the chicken turns tender. Usage:
- Add oil and ghee to pressure cooker and heat it for a while. Add tej patta and onion rings, according to your taste. Fry the gravy till it turns transparent, add some garlic and ginger paste, let it fry for a minute. Add meat of your choice. Hathi Kashmiri Chili Powder, Hathi Meat Masala, other spices and seasoning of your choice. Fry for 8-10 minutes till oil separates and it has a weel friend look. Add fresh tomato puree. Mix it properly then add water and close the lid of cooker. Cook till 2 Whistles and keep on low flame for 25 minutes. Garnish with green chilies and ginger strips.

Usage:
- Heat butter and oil in a saucepan & add cumin seeds to it. Once oil is heated, add chili-garlic paste and saute mix at medium flare for 1-2 mins. Add onions. Capsicums and tomatoes and cook for 3-4 mins. Mash the mixture. Add Hathi Pav bhaji Masala Chili Power, Hathi Turmeric Powder and cook it for another 2 mins Next add green peas, potatoes, 1/3rd cup of water and mix it well and cook for another 1-2 minutes while mashing the entire mix. Top bhaji with coriander and Butter and serve immediately.
