Pick out 2kg. fresh Mango and cut then into small even pieces. Insert all pieces of mango in vessel and add salt as per your taste then pour warm edible oul and add Hathi Achar Masala Mix and spin it very slowly. Now your pickle is ready. You can use Hathi Achar Masala Mix for Gunda, Carrol, Cucumber, Caper berry, Karaunda, Lemon and other such mix pickles also, and it also makes Chapattis, Khakhara, Pappad Vegetable Salads, Curd Tasty.
The traditional mango jaggery pickle is now easy to prepare at home. Our premix contains small pieces of Jaggery that gets dissolve easily and gives perfect taste to pickle. All you need is some mangos and jaggery of your taste and you will get the best pickle, perfect in taste.

Pick out 1 kg of fresh raw mango and cut them into even pieces. Add salt and Turmeric according to taste. Select 500gm Cordia Dichotomy (Gunda) boil and cut it. Take dry and clean vessel and fill it with Mango and Gunda. Keep it force one day and then dry it. Place Gunda and mango on a cloth for drying. When you find them dried. Mix 1KG of Jiggery (Goll) in it add Hathi Gol Kerri Masala Mix to dry Mango. Gunda and jiggery mix it well in a vessel and spin it slowly twice a day. When jiggery dissolve your ultimate Gol keriis ready to eat You can try on more option with Dry Chilies and Dry Dates (Kharelk) also.
